Round 1 -
Some big Laps of Lidsdale, and something new...
That's right,
we promised you fresh, and we'll be trying some new and interesting
things at each round. Lithgow will see two new concepts (which are
unique for the Lithgow round, we'll be doing different things at
different places):
Mega-laps:
Cross country riders and coaches alike have been begging for 'different'
races, and here's one to start the series. Lidsdale will be in
'mega-lap' format, approx 12k's will await you. Fear not, this will
still work with the classic format, categories traditionally doing a 4,
5 or 6 lap event can expect to be doing 2 lap race, while categories
previously doing 2 or 3 laps will have a 1 or 1.5 lap challenge on their
hands!
Team
Short-Course: The freebee, the 'super-size' of the event! Everyone
entering the XC above gets a free entry in the 'team short course'.
We'll tell you more in the lead-up to the event, but for now - it'll be
the first time it's ever been raced, it'll be fun, and there'll be a fun
prize at the end of it!.
Entries
Available on race day at rego.
