2008 will again see Australia's biggest endurance mountain bike series travel around NSW and the ACT, and we're proud to have Swiss bike manufacturer BMC on board as our major sponsor. Each round will again be a completely separate event, so it doesn't matter if you make it to only your 'local' round or the whole series, there's a lot of fun to be had for all participants. This year we have a separate information page for each round - there's simply that much happening! Results & Series Pointscore Results are up for Round 1 & Round 2 - click on the links to head to the individual event pages. Series results are also online here.

The challenge of bike engineering is to design the lightest possible frame which at the same time is very stiff, stable and safe, but still provides optimal power transfer from you to the ground. In a world of look-alike commodity bikes, BMC Bicycles create fascination through their unique Swiss design and technically perfect form. By combining high tech materials from the industry’s leading suppliers, Swiss engineering, and innovative frame designs, BMC Bicycles represent Swiss cycling precision. BMC have engineered their Fourstroke (100mm) and Trailfox (120mm) series of bikes with the XC and marathon rider in mind. By utilising custom made precision bearings, compact forged pivot arms, and a closed rear triangle, the BMC patented VPS (Virtual Pivot System) suspension leads the industry in terms of stiffness and durability. The tuned wheel displacement curve of the VPS and custom tuned shocks ensure that VPS equipped bikes pedal as well as any other design available. Lightweight, efficient, durable, and beautiful, the Fourstroke and Trailfox embody all that BMC Bicycles represent. In Australia BMC Bicycles are distributed by leading wholesaler Dirt Works Australia. Test ride a BMC Fourstroke or Trailfox at a BMC WWS event this year. Let yourself be captured by our passion! Initiative #1: Free entry for Women-only and Juniors-only teams categories! It's new, it's fresh, it's just one of the many Bright Orange Events initiatives for the 2008 BMC Working Week Series! Please note: all riders in these categories will still have to purchase an MTBA day licence if required. Initiative #2: Intro tracks with Bright Orange Intro Events at each round! Has your partner, child or friend come along to many events now and never had the chance to pedal themselves? Our other generous sponsors....
